Refund Policy

We want you to be delighted with your purchase but if you change your mind you can return any item within 30 days of receipt as long as it is undamaged, unused and in its original packaging.  This does not apply to engraved or personalised items.

We will be happy to exchange the item for a replacement or refund the item. Refunds can only be made to the card that was used when the purchase was made. We are unable to refund any postage charges but we will send any exchanged items free of postage charges.

The above does not in any way affect your statutory rights as a consumer.


If your goods arrive damaged please keep all packaging materials and notify us within 3 days. We will then assist you with the return of the item and provide a replacement product for you if possible.


All our items have a 6 month warranty which covers manufacturing faults but excludes fair wear and tear, tarnishing, oxidization, accidental damage or misuse.
